Is it too late to start talking with trees?

That was the title of my presentation at the SAR (Society for Artistic Research) conference Too early – Too late in Trondheim, Norway, on 19-21 April, see conference website. I also participated in a conversation about urgent issues related to the development of JAR (Journal for Artistic Research), which I have been involved in from the beginning. Another important event, which I have not written about here, the symposium Approaching Plants: Studying Human-Plant Relations Beyond Disciplines, took place a month before, 23-24 March, in Würzburg, Germany, organised by University of Würzburg in their Botanical Garden.
